In the past there was a monopoly on Handling in Spain. The only company available was Iberia (apart from the self handling). In 1993 the Handling liberalisation process begun in Spain , and those airports with major traffic (more than 1 million passengers per year) got the second concession.
While in the past there was no negotiation on prices, now in most Spanish airports airlines can get important discounts depending on the volume of their operations (Maximum prices are established by AENA, except for passenger handling which is liberalised).
Flight Consulting works closely with all the handling agents. We help you in your negotiations with them and we keep them up-to-date on your flying programme and its changes.

Flight Consulting is an independent company so we can offer you different choices in every airport and an independent view of the market. We co-operate with all of the Spanish supervisors and keep them updated on your programme. Should you be unhappy with the services you get, we will offer you an alternative.
